As our Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will be a pivotal player in shaping our supply chain strategy. You’ll leverage your expertise to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive our commitment to delivering top-notch products to our customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys collaborating across departments to solve complex problems.


What will you do day-to-day?

  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain precise demand forecasts using advanced analytical tools. You’ll engage with sales and marketing teams to incorporate market trends and customer insights into your forecasts.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess. Use your keen analytical skills to identify and implement inventory reduction strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities with business goals. Regularly participate in cross-departmental meetings to provide insights and updates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover). Use this data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and report findings to senior management.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners. Negotiate terms and collaborate on initiatives that drive cost savings and improve service levels.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior supply chain planners. Share your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • Project Management: Lead special projects focused on supply chain optimization, including technology implementation and process redesign. Use project management tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery of objectives.


Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems, demand planning tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • APICS or other relevant certifications are a plus.
