We are lookng for a Warranty Claims Support Specialist for our client near the St. John's Town Center here in Jacksonville, in this role you will be the first point of contact for customers initiating warranty claims. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and empathetic assistance, guiding customers through the initial steps of the claims process and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.


You will work closely with our claims department to gather necessary information, verify coverage, and facilitate the submission of claims. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers initiating warranty claims via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, answering inquiries and guiding them through the initial steps of the claims process.
  • Verify warranty coverage and eligibility criteria based on the terms and conditions of the warranty agreement.
  • Collect relevant information from customers, including product details, purchase information, and descriptions of the issue or damage.
  • Document customer interactions and claims information accurately in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including claims adjusters and technicians, to ensure timely processing and resolution of claims.
  • Communicate claim status updates to customers and address any additional requirements or documentation needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for claims support.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while adhering to company policies and procedures.
