As a Recruiter with Staffworks Group, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for our clients. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish. Your expertise in matching candidates with the right job opportunities will drive success for both our clients and candidates alike.


Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build relationships to encourage future opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.

Screening and Assessment:

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with client requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer assessments or tests as needed to gauge candidates' competencies.

Interview Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication and seamless logistics.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the position, company culture, and interview process.
  • Gather feedback from both candidates and clients post-interview to facilitate decision-making.

Candidate Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including notes from interactions and interview feedback.
  • Provide regular updates to candidates on the status of their applications and next steps in the hiring process.
  • Assist candidates with the onboarding process, including paperwork and any pre-employment requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their skills and experiences that match the job description.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, addressing any concerns or questions that arise.

Market Research and Trends:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and staffing.
  • Identify new sourcing strategies and tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
