Angular Software Engineer

Job brief:


Sensus Healthcare, Inc. is a publicly traded medical device company specializing in advanced treatments for oncological and non-oncological conditions. We are looking for Angular developers that can help us expand Cloud integrations for our industry-leading medical devices. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.


As an developer on this team, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a high proficiency in visual design and UI/UX development.


If you have experience creating elegant, responsive applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, we’d like to meet you. If you have a portfolio of your previous projects, especially those related to Angular development or UI/UX design, please include it with your application.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and design algorithms and flowcharts
  • Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback
  • Recommend and execute improvements
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting


Requirements and skills:


  • Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
  • Design elegant user interfaces using technologies such as Sass, Tailwind CSS, GSAP, Lottie, ThreeJS, and webpack.
  • Proficiency using vector manipulation software such as Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
  • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Python) and frameworks/systems (e.g. Angular, React, Git)
  • Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate, Prisma, TypeORM)
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Advanced MacOS and Linux proficiency
