Sales Executive – Inside/Outside

-Showroom-based opportunity with specific days traveling to visit clients throughout the week

The Sales Executive is a skilled sales professional and a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with and sell luxurious products. This position is responsible for working with clients in the showroom and visiting, promoting, and handling complex sales activities with the trade industry outside the showroom. The Sales Executive will drive sales and build a clientele book for continuous opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with Trade Partners (architects, designers, etc.), resulting in consistent sales growth.
  • Offers excellent service to clients in the showroom.
  • Schedules appointments and visits to existing and potential customers to present products and services that will meet the customer’s current and future needs.
  • Establishes new accounts and partnerships and builds a relationship with customers. Collects information to record opportunities and track the projects.
  • Full product knowledge to educate clients - following the project all the way through the sale.
  • Follow established sales procedures and pricing policies.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meets sales goals and objectives assigned by the Showroom Manager.


Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the luxury products or A&D industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn and adapt to CRM software (Salesforce) and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Ability to travel the territory and visit clients.
