Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage, configure, support, and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud solutions, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other Oracle Cloud applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, performance, and availability of cloud systems, providing user support, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry best practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Oracle Cloud Management: Oversee the administration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to business users and internal teams by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to Oracle Cloud systems.
  • Incident Management: Collaborate with Oracle support teams to address and resolve critical incidents, ensuring service continuity.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure that Oracle Cloud environments are configured correctly, maintaining security, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Cloud Application Management: Implement, customize, and maintain Oracle Cloud applications to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Optimization & Performance Tuning: Recommend improvements for cost optimization, resource allocation, and performance tuning across the Oracle Cloud environment.
  • User Access & Security: Manage user roles, access controls, and security configurations within Oracle PaaS and SaaS environments.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides, configuration details, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with developers, engineers, and business users to ensure cloud services meet business needs and contribute to operational success.


Required Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Identity Cloud Services (IDCS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and SaaS administration.
  • Proven experience in managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related services.
  • Strong expertise in securing cloud environments and managing resources effectively.
