The ideal candidate will handle their intricate sales field incentive program across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll for the company’s sales commission team accurately and in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and validate all aspects of commission payout calculation accurately and efficiently.
  • Spearhead the retrieval and organization of complex sales data from various sources.
  • Assist with the maintenance and administration of the commission tracking system, ideally Paylocity.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc commission reports and analyses for the finance team and senior management.
  • Work interactively with sales and finance departments to resolve any commission-related disputes or inquiries quickly and appropriately.
  • Aid in the process of streamlining and improving the current commission calculation model.
  • Participate actively in the audit process when necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
