Must have:

CPA

Bachelors degree (Accounting, Finance, Business preferred)

8+ years of accounting/financial management experience

Experience working in a small company (smaller than 50 employees from an Architectural, Contracting, Construction company)

Excel - lookups, pivot tables, formulas

Project Accounting experience


A small Boston based design and installation company

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

-Financial Statement Preparation

-Forecasting

-Actual versus Budget reporting

-Month end and annual close

-Reconciliations

-AP and AR

-Bi-Weekly payroll

-Management of 401K plan
