If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are currently seeking a Permanent Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment where innovation and quality are at the forefront.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Press Brake Operator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Operating press brake machinery to produce parts as per specified blueprints and instructions.
2. Inspecting and verifying all parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
3. Performing routine maintenance on press brake machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
4. Collaborating with the design and production teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
5. Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand job requirements.
6. Adjusting machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely manner.
7. Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
8. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
9. Troubleshooting any issues that arise with the machinery.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience operating a press brake in a manufacturing environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
3. Strong mechanical skills with a good understanding of the working principles of machines.
4. Proven experience in performing routine maintenance on machinery.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
6. High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
8. A strong understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
9. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
