Case Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to resolution, while providing exceptional support to clients and attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication throughout the case lifecycle.
- Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties.
- Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys in case evaluation and settlement negotiations.
- Track case progress and deadlines to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm’s case management system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a case manager or paralegal in personal injury law.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of personal injury legal processes, terminology, and procedures.
