Position: SharePoint Lead / SharePoint Architect
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Develop solution architectures and implementation designs to support client business-technology initiatives.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance, defining business and technical requirements, and creating solution designs for projects.
- Implement SharePoint solutions, including backend and frontend development, extending system capabilities.
- Lead technical design and development, troubleshooting functional design and system architecture.
- Develop and present innovation prototypes for evaluation.
- Manage and maintain the client's SharePoint environments.
- Assist in creating prototypes, POCs, presentations, collateral, RFPs, and presales materials.
- Implement best practices, policies, governance, and guidelines.
- Guide the SharePoint Development team on best practices and ensure adherence.
Technical Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in information systems or related field.
- Experience with SharePoint 2013/2019 and SharePoint Online architecture, design, development, and implementation.
- Expertise in implementing SharePoint 2019 and SP Online information architectures, workflows, and responsive applications.
- Proficient in migration processes using tools like ShareGate.
- Strong experience in PowerApps (Canvas, Model, and Portal) and Power Automate workflows.
- Ability to design solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate portals, or forms.
- Understanding of Power Platform for designing automated solutions for SharePoint Online.
- Capable of designing and implementing solutions on MS Teams using SPFx.
- Experience with full lifecycle development methodologies for web-based applications.
- Skilled in integrating with backend operational and content management systems.
- Proficient in component-based applications, web services, application integration, patterns, and data access development.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies (2013/2019/Online) and SPFx using React.
- Knowledge of web/portal structure, design, development, and content management.
- Ability to manage projects, perform technical design, and programming.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps for continuous integration and development of SharePoint solutions.
- Strong skills in technical and functional documentation for design and SOPs.
- Excellent client communication and team management skills, fostering a productive work environment.
