Are you passionate about working on cutting-edge vehicle technology, including electric and autonomous vehicles? We have an exciting opportunity where you'll be part of a dynamic team, supporting the development of prototype and concept vehicles with a focus on electrification and unmanned platforms
As an entry to mid-level technician, you'll apply your skills in a hands-on role, working with wiring harnesses and electrical systems for high-performance vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret engineering schematics, pin schedules, and loom drawings to construct and install high-quality wiring harnesses.
  • Follow IPC 620C wire harness build processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot electrical systems and perform quality assurance checks.
  • Install electrical components and ensure proper function on prototype vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while applying advanced wiring loom techniques from the military or motorsports industries.
Additional Skills:
  • Proficiency with electronics tools such as voltmeters, power supplies, and soldering irons.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical theory (voltage, resistance, amperage) and automotive systems.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, on top of, or underneath vehicles.
  • Familiarity with high voltage safety protocols and printed circuit board repair.
Desired Experience:
  • High school diploma required, with 1-2 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles, and 2+ years for mid-level positions.
  • Experience with wiring harness builds, is highly valued.
Work Environment & Schedule:
  • Join a close-knit team of five, working directly with engineers to manage your projects.
  • Choose between a 7 am - 5 pm or 5 am - 3 pm schedule, with occasional weekend work to meet deadlines.
  • After training, you’ll have the opportunity to work autonomously in a self-managed role.
