WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Customer Program Manager to focus on analysis, planning and evaluation of the energy efficiency programs and initiatives for our Wisconsin Public Service and We Energies subsidiaries.  This position is located at our Green Bay, WI location and offers a hybrid work option.

Job Summary

The Customer Program Manager will leverage their technical and analytical expertise, data visualization, and statistical modeling techniques to support energy efficiency goals. These skills, plus excellent communications skills, will be critical as the individual leads, inspires and collaborates with internal teammates, external contractors and industry stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and support customer programs, electric vehicle programs, and/or energy efficiency initiatives and offerings. 
  • Drafts program goals and budgets, including working with internal and external stakeholders, updating budget forecasts and accruals, and completing budget reports.
  • Develops documents for filing with utility regulators and other program stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement program improvements; Set metrics and ensure accurate tracing of customer participation metrics.
  • Maintain and improve relationships with program vendors, contractors, and implementers to ensure program success.
  • Lead or coordinate responses to program data requests from internal and external stakeholders, as well as third parties, including working across departments to gather necessary information.
  • Leads daily support of the customer experience for assigned programs and initiatives, including all relevant customer inquiries.
  • Plan and implement program customer satisfaction surveys and report.
  • Develops new programs and customer initiatives and offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required. Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong project management, analysis, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of the utility industry; energy efficiency program planning, design, implementation and evaluation, and familiarity with state and national energy policy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Expertise in Power BI, Statistical & Predictive Analysis, Database/CRM management or similar tools
  • Proven relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, pay attention to detail and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in standard office software (MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in utility program/project support and/or management including working with program budget
