Business Valuation Analyst


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and incorporate financial statements, tax returns, and other information into valuation models
  • Perform company, industry, and economic research
  • Search for relevant public and private market multiples
  • Document and ensure quality control of work product
  • Compose appropriate narrative reports to support valuation analyses
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Other duties as required


Qualifications:

  • Recent college graduate or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Project management skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
