Job Description:

The Senior Analyst role is a member of the Capacity Planning team, delivering impactful and insightful capacity data analytics and intelligence to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of analytics and strategic decision support to drive decision-making and improved business results. You will be responsible for conducting consultative analyses and creating executive level recommendations for business partners and the line finance team. You will also provide a broad range of ad hoc analytical support, to business partners and the broader FBOT finance organization. The analyses and insights delivered are critical components for the successful execution of the business plan.

The Expertise We re Looking For

  • Ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years in the financial service industry, with experience using data and analytics to consult and inform strategy
  • Degree or experience in a quantitative analysis field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Business.)
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, analyzing large data sets, modeling, and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, Power BI etc. \u00A0
  • Experience working with offshore teams preferred
  • Fidelity experience is a plus

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
