Job Description:

We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead our Supplier Management and Small Business team and serve as the Supply Chain ERP implementation advisor. Reporting to the Director of Procurement & Property, this senior-level role supports the supply chain needs across five Program Offices, the Quality team, and Engineering.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team managing sourcing, resource planning, proposal development, material cost, forecasting, risk management, on-time delivery, and issue resolution.

Serve as the workstream lead for a new Supply Chain system implementation.

Develop benchmarks, track quality metrics, and establish KPIs.

Build and maintain relationships with program teams, quality, contracts, and leadership.

Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with supplier agreements.

Oversee supplier due diligence, onboarding, and small business office.

Drive innovative supply chain strategies.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.

8-10 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.

3+ years of management experience.

Proven experience in project management of complex system implementations.

Strong skills in time management, decision-making, communication, and relationship management.

Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset.

Experience with government defense contracts and knowledge of FAR/DFARS preferred.

Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain.
