Job Description:CNC Milling Machinist - 2nd Shiftn Aerospace / High-Precision Manufacturingn Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AMPay: $28 - $38/hour 15% shift differential (DOE)n Position Overviewn We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our 2nd-shift team in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a machinist with multi-axis milling experience who takes pride in producing tight-tolerance parts and enjoys working with advanced materials and modern equipment.n If your experience doesn't match every requirement below but you bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills--we still want to hear from you.n Your Expertisenn5 years of experience in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment preferredn3years of experience operating CNC multi-axis milling machinesnExperience setting up jobs and performing changeovers on CNC equipmentnStrong mechanical aptitude with solid mathematical skillsnExcellent communication skills and proven problem-solving abilitynAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environmentnn Your Challenge (What You'll Be Doing)nnOperate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines (and turning machines where applicable)nUtilize Fanuc controls, making offsets as required by the programnRun multiple machines simultaneously where feasible within manufacturing cellsnMachine hard metals including Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless SteelnRead and interpret CNC programs, tool sheets, and operation sheets at the machinenSet up tools and fixtures for production runsnLoad parts and fixtures using hoists and safely position parts on machinesnUse precision measuring tools including gauges, swing gauges, calipers, and micrometersnOperate and work with Right-Angle HeadsnApply GD&T knowledge to ensure parts meet print requirementsnHold tight tolerances to the thousandths consistentlynn Education RequirementsnnHigh School Diploma or GED requirednn Why Join Us?nnCompetitive hourly pay with 15% shift differentialnStable, long-term opportunity in aerospace and precision manufacturingnModern equipment and cell-based machining environmentsnTeam-oriented culture with opportunities to grow and expand your skillsetnn Interested?Apply today and take the next step in your CNC machining career.
