Our client is looking for talented, caring LVN’s to join their team throughout the state of Texas. In this role, you will be working with adults and adolescents in numerous psychiatric capacities – so some level of prior psychiatric experience is a definite plus, but not necessarily required for those that show an appropriate aptitude as well as a positive attitude and a kind/patient demeanor.

SCHEDULE

  • Training Schedule: 10 days (non-negotiable requirement)
    Monday – Friday Hours 8am to 5pm
  • Schedules Post Training:
    7am to 3pm / 3pm to 11pm
    Individuals willing to work Saturdays and Sundays are highly desired. Weekend shifts can be 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, or 7am to 11pm with another 8-hour shift during the week to make a full 40-hour turn.
  • Job Type - Full Time (40 hours)

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY TO QUALIFY

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Direct Patient Care (2+ years)
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Must be 21 Years of Age or Older
  • Negative COVID-19 Test Result (administered by the client)
  • Ability to Pass Urine Drug Screen
  • Ability to Pass Background Check
  • Ability to Successfully Clear FBI Fingerprint Background Check (facilitated by the facility)

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / LICENSES

  • Texas LVN License with proof of valid status and expiration date
  • Regular Driver’s License
  • Texas – American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)

PREFERRED

  • Texas – American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
