Senior Electrical Engineer, Indianapolis, IN, up to $140k


Are you ready to make a significant impact in the field of medical technology? We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (EEIII) to join our dynamic Engineering Operations Team in Indianapolis, IN.


In this pivotal role, you will lead electrical product design and development efforts, from ideation to commercialization, as well as support and iterate on existing products. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, FDA-regulated environment where your expertise in electrical and circuit design will directly contribute to advancing cutting-edge technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve electrical and circuit design challenges for both new and existing products.
  • Research and implement solutions for end-of-life components while maintaining design intent.
  • Drive new product designs and enhancements to existing products.
  • Develop and execute test protocols and reports.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and design history files.
  • Support quality initiatives and compliance, including CAPA and FDA regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 6–9 years of relevant experience (medical device design experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in circuit board design, RF systems, and multi-layer circuit prototyping.
  • Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and other key tools.
  • Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems (motors, actuators) and microcontroller programming.
  • Familiarity with Altium and ISO 13485 standards is a plus.
