Role Summary

TIME Systems is looking for an experienced and innovative Graphics Specialist to join our team. You’ll provide dynamic electronic design and creation of two- and three-dimensional visual productions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Photography Support and Services: Provide professional digital photography of portraits, special events and ceremonies, to include post-processing, reproduction, and printing.
  • Video Support and Services: Record and assist with lighting and audio set up for remarks and special events to include post-production.
  • Media Consultation Services and Support: Utilize and manage a variety of desktop publishing and pre-print services, document finishing, and reproduction, custom design and artwork, large format multi-color printing and lamination, graphics projects, including process and spot color to create polished and sophisticated final products.
  • Illustrations: Create charts, graphs, posters, business cards, motion graphics, and visual materials for briefings, brochures, covers, and graphic layout services.
  • Multimedia Design and Services: Design for a variety of digital, large format, and printed materials including posters, covers, book binding, document layouts, templates, brochures, signage, illustrations, displays, and information graphics.
  • Other Services and Support: Responsible for any last-minute media requests and jobs with same-day deadline. Provide graphics production support that relies on knowledge and experience in Military Intelligence (e.g., disciplines, capabilities, operations, force structure, etc.) and provide technical expertise in VI/Graphics productions.

Requirements

  • TS-SCI eligibility security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Art, Visual Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Adobe, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Requires sitting for long periods of time in front of a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of 25+ pounds may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned, subject to change at any time.
