Our client in the Odessa, TX area is currently hiring for an Inbound Manager to add to their developing team.


The Inbound Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager and lead overall operational activities pertaining to the Receiving Department of the organization.


The Inbound Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring material is verified, received, and stocked.
  • Effectively delegate workload to department leads and personnel.
  • Ensure department equipment is in proper working condition (crane, pickers, forklift, etc.).
  • Manage daily operational reports to identify workload and utilize OT as needed.
  • Coordinate with Sales/Imports on inbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with QC on material discrepancies and non-conforming materials.
  • Other duties as needed.


The Inbound Manager should have the following skillset/experience:

  • PVF (pipe, valve, fittings/flanges) experience
  • Warehouse experience
  • Vessel paperwork experience
  • Experience Coordinating with Sales/Imports regarding shipments
  • Fluent in English - Spanish bilingual is a PLUS
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.


This is a direct hire role offering $70K-$80K/year, depending on experience.
