If converted to Permanent, Salary will be $45,760

There is intermittent MOT and a weekend rotation is required

Description:

This is for a nationally certified technician to work Sunday -Thursday 3:00 pm-11:30 pm with occasional mandatory OT and occasional Saturday shift.

21 Pharmacy Techs led by 1 supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

Process and fill prescription orders in preparation for pharmacist verification

Some packing and shipping of completed prescription orders to patients

Maintain drug inventory and automated dispensing units

Replenish workstation supplies for filling prescriptions as needed (includes vials, caps, labels, etc.)

Ideal candidate background:

Pharmacy Technician experience and National Certification with PTCB or PTCE

Must have Skills:

Any pharmacy technician experience will suffice.

Must hold a state license in addition to being nationally certified.

Nice to have Skills:

Self-motivated, fast-paced worker.

Production type environment

Professional license required:

Need to be able to be registered with the NCBOP within 30 days of hire
