  • Demonstrated Experience (\u201CDE\u201D) working on highly visible storage performance issues on production enterprise applications; identifying performance bottlenecks by looking at I/O latency on the application hosts; and tying latencies to Storage Area Network configuration or hardware failures that can cause performance problems.\u00A0

  • DE with fiber channel storage protocols in production enterprise data centers; working on new installations of switches; analysis of performance issues, including troubleshooting CRC errors; and automating pre-upgrade health checks.\u00A0

  • DE working on performance analyses and enterprise capacity planning for multiple storage array technologies -- EMC Symmetrix, HP 3PAR, Pure //X70 and //X90 arrays, and Netapp FAS9000 arrays.\u00A0
