Designation: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Location: Hartford, CT (On-site)

Experience: 8+Years

Duration: 6 Months+



Job Description


  • The Candidate should have at least 8 + years of experience as Techno functional in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite (NA Payroll must)
  • HCM experience in Application Version 9.2 and Tools version 8.58(min)
  • Plan, develop, review, and enforce enterprise architectural standards and ensure architectural strategies are consistently applied.
  • Should have good understanding of the latest features/functionalities delivered by PeopleSoft and able to perform fit gap analysis of Upgrade independently.
  • Experience with Design and development of custom processes and UI application.
  • Experience in working with large data processing
  • Experience in Data structure designing and data flow redesigning
  • Experience working on Performance Initiatives (like SQL, SQR and AppEngine fine tuning)
  • Functional Expertise in Core HR, NA Payroll with quarterly payroll tax update application experience.
  • Technical expertise in People Code, App Engine, CI, SQR, SQL and IB integration (XML/Rest based Web services).
  • Experience in Upgrade Project would be a nice to have
  • Responsible for designing Custom Solutions to overcome product limitations
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
