Quality Control Technician (4-Month Contract)

You are conducting regular Quality Control Assays according to approved procedures. This involves gathering data, analyzing it, and summarizing the results. You may need to troubleshoot assays as necessary. Additionally, you will need to perform maintenance on lab equipment and instruments according to schedule. You are also responsible for keeping track of inventory and ordering testing materials as needed.

This position pays: $23.50-$28.00/hr

What you will be doing:

• Performs basic pH, conductivity, particle, finished goods, shelf life, stability, and pre-purchase/pre-qualification testing using pH meters, conductivity meters, electrophoresis, and western blotting and Elisa techniques

What you bring:

• Associate degree or college level course work in assigned technical discipline preferred.
• 3+ years production or clinical laboratory experience (QC inspection experience)
• 1-4 years’ experience working in a general manufacturing environment formulating products in the areas of biological, sciences, life sciences, or an equivalent.
• working in a GMP manufacturing environment.
