Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate balancing of accounts.
- Process accounts payable (AP), ensuring all invoices are properly matched with purchase orders (POs).
- Review and reconcile freight charges to ensure proper matching and accuracy.
- Enter non-check payments, reconcile financial statements, balance company credit cards, and generate payroll reports.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of monthly income statements and profit & loss (P&L) reports for month-end closing.
Qualifications of the Bookkeeper
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Accounting Experience
- Experience using QuickBooks Online, SOS Inventory add-on experience is a plus
- Extensive full cycle month-end close experience
