Role Description

The Digital Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing strategies, conducting data analysis, overseeing projects, and developing and executing digital strategies. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives.


Role Responsibilities

  • Audit brands and their competitors’ digital shelves and provide analysis and content update recommendations. 
  • Manage content health reporting and content analysis working within the platforms 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure there is end-to-end understanding of processes, strategy, and the role of ecommerce content. 
  • Partner with the internal creative team to ensure content strategies are developed according to project briefs and meet retailer requirements. 
  • Deploy product page content assets (image carousel, BTF content and Brand Store).
  • Understand Walmart systems such as Retail Link, Supplier One, Item 360, Vendor Central is a plus. 
  • Partner to develop Walmart Connect Marketing timelines aligned to content launch
  • Identify and track emerging ecommerce product page content trends and requirements (A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stores)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with content deployment and syndication Item 360, Vendor Central
  • Good understanding of data and ecommerce analytics 
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be self-starter with a deep sense of accountability, creativity, resourcefulness, and a desire to collaborate and step in for the good of the team and the agency. 
  • Dynamic personality and leadership skills, able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences. 
  • Strategic thinking in the ecommerce space 
  • Passion for business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve and grow. 
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail 
  • Superior verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
