What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide various types of analytic support in the development of target state Treasury Management business processes to support new product rollouts.
  • Facilitate sessions with cross functional team of Product, Operations and technology teams, to develop process models and elicit requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to understand required scenarios, exceptions, use cases, business rules, accounting impacts, and operational impacts.
  • Work with technology and testing teams to understand/drive technical functionality/designs.
  • Lead analysis to identity required operational preparations to prepare for new product rollouts (communications, training, systems access, etc.)


Required Skills and Experience:


Knowledge of Treasury Management products and practices, including Demand Deposit Accounts (DDAs), Wire and ACH Payment processing, Foreign exchange, banking operations, compliance, and investigations functions

  • Knowledge of SWIFT processing and ACH clearing practices
  • Knowledge of customer facing file-based and web-based tools


Strong analytic skills

  • Process oriented thinking and approach is important - ability to break down into step-by-step workflow detail
  • Systems analysis skills, including system workflow and data analysis
  • Experience eliciting requirements from process models


Strong facilitation and communication skills

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to solve specific problems and develop target state approaches
  • Comfortable with facilitating large meetings or working with individual subject matter experts


Experience in Business Process Analysis and Modeling

  • Process modeling experience using Business Process Modeling notation (BPMn)
  • Experience with iGraphix, Aris, or other advanced process modeling tools


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years business analysis experience specifically in the field of business process development for new banking products and services
  • BS Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), or similar business or technical degree
  • Problem solver mentality with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences
  • Proficiency with MS Office software products including MS Project, Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint
