Title: Project Site Superintendent (CONTRACT TO HIRE)
Location: 50-75% Travel REQUIRED
Salary: $35-$40/hr

Job Details
As a Consulting Manufacturing Superintendent, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
2. Implementing and managing lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure employee safety.
3. Coordinating and managing subcontractors to ensure timely and quality machine installations.
4. Conducting regular machine maintenance and mechanical maintenance to prevent downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
5. Reading and interpreting blueprints to guide manufacturing processes.
6. Ensuring adherence to OSHA safety standards and implementing safety protocols to create a safe and healthy work environment.
7. Identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.
8. Collaborating with other team members to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with a strong focus on OSHA safety, engineering, blueprint reading, LOTO procedures, safety protocols, managing subcontractors, machine installations, machine maintenance, and mechanical maintenance.
2. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
3. Proven experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors.
4. Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safety protocols.
5. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues in the manufacturing process.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
8. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to anticipate and prevent potential issues before they arise.
