Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist for one of our clients in Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding new employees, posting job openings, and developing and implementing company policies and procedures. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a 100% onsite role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and forwarding resumes to the department managers
  • Develop and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Act as a back up in payroll processing using Sage 100 software.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees on HR-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and policy development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Nice to have: Experience with payroll processing, preferably using Sage 100 software, is a plus.
