Job Title: Business to Business Soft Collections

Location:  Addison

Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Job Description:

• High volume outbound calls to vendors to discuss payment of 90day or less delinquent accounts

• Soft business to business collections – maintaining relationships with existing clients

• Following up on past due invoices and come up with solutions with clients

• Thoroughly document all collection activity and follow up until the collection is complete

Must meet the following REQUIREMENTS to be considered:

• Must have 1+ years recent B2B Soft Collections experience

• Must have 1+ years of recent call ll center experience

• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent communication skills
