What are we looking for in our Graphic Designer?
The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top technology organization that has an opening for a remote Graphic Designer.
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Range: $52/hr-$60/hr W2 DOE
Schedule: 40 hours a week, Mon - Friday, Core PST business hours
Duration: 6 months contract on W2 (Possible extension)
Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to create templates
• Key projects: This role will contribute to producing Designer templates.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will require the designer to use their background in graphic design in combination with generative AI technologies to create, review, and edit Designer templates. A portfolio showcasing high quality graphic design work (note: not UX/UI) is required. Examples should show an understanding of style, composition, and typography. Familiarity with and examples of text to image AI technology use should be provided (can be sent separately if not available in portfolio). Qualifications:

• Familiarity with and examples of text to image AI technology use (can be sent separately if not in portfolio)
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pivot as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable with receiving and implementing constructive feedback.
Preferred:
• Experience with copy writing or editing for clarity and grammar.
