Job Description (Day to Day):

  • Logging into switches/programs - monitoring and troubleshooting issues, working a crash cart
  • Fiber and copper cabling, Tracing cables
  • Rack and stack, installing dc hardware - servers/switches
  • Experience working with ticketing programs
