Ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience including cost analysis, and inventory management. About the Role: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of the following functional areas: Accounting and Financial Controls, Cost Analysis, M&A and Integration, Forecasting, Planning, & Business Analysis, Tactical and Strategic Decision-Making, Tax & Treasury, Internal Audit.

  • Private Equity company CFO or VP Finance experience is preferred

  • Financial Planning and Analysis expertise
  • Internal accounting, cost accounting and reporting expertise
  • Treasury expertise
  • P&L oversight and monitoring



Education: An undergraduate degree is required and an advanced degree is preferred. Certified Public Accountant or MBA a plus.
