firstPRO is looking for a Master Data Steward for a long term consulting opportunity. This is a hybrid position which requires 3 days onsite in Ewing, NJ after an initial. fully onsite training period. Local candidates only.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates, analyzes, maintains, monitors, and manages either master data in ERP and/or other integrated solutions in compliance with established service levels or product data in PLM, including change requests, change orders and deviations to support new product introductions and product changes
  • Audits data accuracy, enhances data quality, and trains users to ensure continuity of results
  • Identifies areas of process and data weakness and escalate to appropriate EDM team leadership
  • Applies policies and procedures to ensure uniform, accurate, and consistent data are present in support of SOX and/or Quality audit requirements
  • Provides testing support for upgrades, break fix, and enhancements, including integration testing from various sources to target systems


EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business or related discipline
  • Experience with SAP ERP system, master data management system, or product lifecycle management system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience employing the skills at the designated proficiency level as indicated in the Data Steward Skills Model
  • Strong Master Data Management experience for vendors, customers, martials and financials.
  • Ability to relate data insights to business objectives
