1. Mission of the Office Manager

You’ll inspire your team to consistently provide top-notch experiences that exceed client

expectations, while fostering a supportive and empowering work environment. You’ll be a

champion for our culture, mission and vision.

2. Primary Objectives

You’ll oversee the smooth, daily operations of the company while ensuring sales goals are

met, communications with customers and employees are engaging, customers are satisfied,

and company resources are used effectively. Your ability to plan will result in attracting,

hiring and retaining enough trained field technicians to meet growing demand. Your skills at

communicating with and motivating people will support the development of a team that’s

committed to growing the company. Your attention to detail will ensure schedules are full,

invoices are collected, productivity is kept high, and expenses are in line with quarterly

targets. Your commitment to serving others will support a marvelous culture that honors the

role employees have in creating delighted customers. The results focus you bring will ensure

daily/weekly/monthly metrics are accurate and reported to the CEO, and deviations from the

norm engage your desire to fix things and make them even better. You’re not afraid to take

risks or to make important decisions, but you prefer to do some homework first before you

commit company resources. You value workplace structure and standards, and you’re

comfortable being both a coach and a disciplinarian. Your commitment to quality drives you

to bring out the best in people and to persevere in the face of challenges and setbacks. The

an ambassador of the company, you’ll have an important role representing the interests of the

company to third parties.

3. Key Skills

 Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Spanish proficiency)

 Proficient in technology – MS Office, Google, Click Up, Ring Central

4. Job Requirements (exp/training/education)

Three years of experience leading teams that provide services to consumers. A 2-year

associates degree is required; and additional education is a plus.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with normal business hours.

5. Performance Measures

This role will be significantly evaluated on the candidate’s ability to meet Key Results in the

following performance areas. The candidate will be responsible to prepare and deliver

performance reviews with the CEO on no less than a quarterly basis:

 Weekly sales targets

 Monthly Budgets for COGS and Overhead spend

 Monthly Net Growth of cleaning customers

 Annual Employee Retention targets

 Other key metrics as determined by the CEO


6. Training and Development

Skilled Maids believes that ongoing education, training and professional development are

7. Compensation Package

Base Salary between $55,000 ad $65,000.

Quarterly Bonuses, tied to performance targets, worth an additional 35% of base salary.

1-week paid vacation the first year, 2 weeks paid vacation beginning the 2 nd year.
