Tucson law firm seeking full-time probate paralegal with experience in supporting attorneys with estate and trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships in probate courts.


Candidate must have experience in:


·        Managing and organizing client files

·        Probate process, procedures, and drafting pleadings

·        Drafting various estate planning documents

·        Performing administrative tasks timely and accurately

·        Preparing deeds, asset spreadsheets and probate pleadings

·        Preparing accountings; review bank statements

3 or more years of paralegal experience preferred; computer proficiency including MS Outlook, Word and Excel required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
