OVN Desktop Analyst Needed

Typical day:

General Desktop support duties including software installs, pc deployments, printer issues, application support, other general desktop support. Work on Tier 2 duties that are forwarded and escalated tickets from Tier 1, will be updating script files and end user facing. Environment is 9" 0% with Microsoft and will train on all else. Partially up and about through the day.

This is an On-Site, 3rd Shift Role (12am-8/9am [depending if you take a "lunch" break])


Must haves:

*Customer Support, general communication

Minimum of 1 year Hands-On Experience:

  1. Microsoft Suite troubleshooting
  2. Windows Server Knowledge- Understanding Windows and Microsoft office suite
  3. Active Directory- some user administration, added users, correcting user profiles


Start date: ASAP

Length: 6 mos. Contract to HIRE (Intention to Convert to FTE upon successful completion of CTH)

Salary range: $57-60k
