Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects, designing mechanical systems, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, designers, and project managers
  • Perform simulations, calculations, and testing to validate designs
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in [specific industry/sector]
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with project management and leading engineering teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
