Job Role:

  • Provide L1, L2 support to users for applications on Ahead (Aras) platform.
  • Analyze production issues & provide temporary & permanent countermeasure to end users.
  • Configure Aras out-of-the-box configurations for proposing new solutions to business users.
  • Build, install, configure, and support Aras Innovator PLM at NA dev machines.
  • Requirement gathering, design & implementation of monthly PDCA enhancements for NA applications.
  • Conduct validation of monthly releases

Skills:

  • Overall 5+years of IT experience with around 3 years of Aras Innovator experience
  • Proficient in various programming languages and technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript scripting, XML,SQL Scripting & stored procedures
  • Proficient in Aras Innovator installation and deployment procedures & debugging process.
  • Knowledgeable of Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
