Financial Processor II

- Processes transactions and reviews documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identifies processing and workflow issues to provide input on procedure updates and changes for overall improvement and effectiveness of processing.
- Provides necessary reporting, quality assurance responses, audit responses, and relevant paperwork as requested.
- Builds knowledge to support training and education of other teams on various processes. Acts as a resource to crew, and assists with elevated issues.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related financial transaction operations experience required.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience in trustee services preferred.
- Experience with FIS Charlotte Front Office preferred.
- Experience interacting with end-clients preferred.
