Position: Cost Lead - Turnaround

Location: Plaquemine, LA


Role Overview:

As the Cost Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our turnaround projects, overseeing all cost-related aspects to ensure they stay on track and within budget. Your expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting will be crucial in driving the success of these projects.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates
  • Manage project budgets and track costs
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Analyze cost variances and implement solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cost management
  • Expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with turnaround projects (preferred)
