Graphic Designer

Objective:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our creative team. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, innovative visual assets for a variety of platforms. his or her work will encompass diverse projects such as brochure design, social media posts, imagery for Amazon listings, and website graphics. The ideal candidate will be adept at using Adobe software to produce compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and enhance our company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

• Create and design digital and print materials, including brochures, social media posts, images for Amazon listings, and website graphics.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand image and identity across all company visual materials.
• Take design briefs to understand project requirements and concepts.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to translate marketing and business objectives into creative visuals.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure design consistency and cohesion across platforms.
• Attend regular team meetings to update the team on ongoing projects and receive feedback.

Content Revision & Optimization:

• Adjust designs based on feedback provided by stakeholders.
• Optimize graphics for web platforms and ensure they are responsive across different devices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and the latest software to keep designs modern and competitive.

Asset Management:

• Organize and maintain a digital archive of all creative assets.
• Ensure that finalized designs are easily accessible to relevant teams and departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and graphic design best practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of optimizing graphics for different web platforms, particularly Amazon and company websites.
• Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Proficient to native level preferred.
