PremiereHB is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA. Our client is a Dutch multinational human resource consulting firm founded in the Netherlands in 1960. The company provides staffing and HR solutions tailored to the specific needs of each industry sector. The company leverages digital platforms, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation to enhance its recruitment processes, improve candidate experiences, and deliver client value.

The Organizational Change Manager will be responsible for putting together a communication and change management strategy and plan for significant changes to the organization's systems, tools, and/or processes and play a crucial role in ensuring that our teams embrace, adopt, and absorb the change. This role will work with internal stakeholders to understand the various changes and their impact on the end users. We seek a proven communication leader with whole change management delivery experience to optimize the business processes and organizational structure to increase business efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of MS Project and OCM.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, business management, cloud software, business tools such as PowerPoint, and spreadsheet software such as Excel.
  • Proficiency in leading change using established frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience assessing organizational readiness for change and developing tailored change management plans and roadmaps for business transformation within a short timeframe.
  • Experience working with the knowledge management team to develop training programs and content supporting the transformation.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering effective change communication plans ensures employees are informed and engaged throughout the transformation.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and address challenges that may arise during the transformation process.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage resistance to change effectively.
  • Expertise in coaching and mentoring leaders and guiding teams on agile assessment practices and principles.
  • Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience in change management principles and methodology.
