As a Recruiter, you will play the critical role as first friend at Boostlingo for our future team members. You will introduce the company, describe the opportunity, and leave a candidate utterly convinced that Boostlingo is the best place to work As if that’s not fun enough, you will also collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and execute on hiring plans. WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF THIS ROLE
Sources and attracts active and passive candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent, leveraging a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Engagement: Proactively source, screen, and engage with candidates to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure that we are providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, establish job requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role.
- Employer Branding: Promote Boostlingo as an employer of choice by creating compelling job descriptions, managing employer branding initiatives, and representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate recruiting tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) and strategies with the goal of improving the recruitment process to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring activity, candidate pipeline, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history and credentials of candidates.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates in alignment with Boostlingo standards of professionalism.
- Build and maintain a network and talent pool of qualified candidates to aid in future job openings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FOR THE ROLE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have experience working in Greenhouse Recruiting and Greenhouse Onboarding.
- 2-4 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting. Experience in technical recruiting a strong benefit.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a high-growth tech startup environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using a variety of proactive strategies and recruiting tools and platforms to keep the candidate pipeline full.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Greenhouse super user, with strong knowledge in both backend and candidate workflow.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and a stellar can-do attitude.
- Passion for people, technology and innovation, with a strong desire to help people land their dream job and contribute to the success of a high-growth startup.
