Our financial services client is looking for a Project Manager to join their Real Estate IT Division.


We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.


Pay Rate: $60.00 - $70.00/hr. on W2 + Benefits


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.


W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.


Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Group is responsible for real estate build outs as it relates to the 19 groups within IT
  • They need someone who is strong with IT
  • These roles are the brains behind the buildouts, how/when does what technology get positioned and how does does that affect things like plumbers, drywallers, and other construction folk
  • Someone who has real estate background would be very important
  • Professionalism is key since her team is executive facing.
  • Someone who can glue all of the piece together and deliver a work place product.
  • These PMs also have to identify potential risks, offer cost fix, and determine solutions.
  • Most of the projects originate from CEO/CAO so they are high visibility/high impact
  • Group touches globally
  • These PMs should have experience with physical aspects of technology, what it takes work with Real Estate and construction.
  • Can understand drawing sets for Architects
  • What it takes to put technology into a new space: main communication rooms, distribution communication rooms, cabling, access points, coordinate with HVAC in regards to physical building requirements, etc.
  • Articulate, intuitive, expert in listening or processing, and root cause analysis on problems
