Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with experience in the Banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, specifically with expertise in AWS and native implementation. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions to address the unique challenges and requirements of our Banking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement and Requirement Analysis:
  • Collaborate with Banking clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and regulatory constraints.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and provide tailored technology solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  1. Solution Design and Architecture:
  • Design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions leveraging cloud architecture principles, with a focus on AWS services.
  • Develop architecture blueprints and design patterns that address specific challenges within the Banking domain.
  • Ensure alignment of solution architecture with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  1. Technology Implementation and Integration:
  • Lead the implementation of technology projects, including cloud-native solutions and integration with existing banking systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of technology components and adherence to architectural guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  1. Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Ensure that technology solutions comply with regulatory requirements and security standards relevant to the Banking industry.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential security threats or data breaches.
  • Stay updated on industry-specific regulations and guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance.
  1. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Banking clients, offering insights into technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • Strong background in cloud architecture, with expertise in AWS services and native implementation.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technology solutions for Banking clients.
  • In-depth understanding of banking processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar credentials are highly desirable.
