We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Dev Ops Consultant with a focus on the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of passionate professionals and play a significant role in the digital transformation of the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing DevOps capabilities in a cloud environment using Azure, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. If you are a dedicated and ambitious professional with a proven track record in DevOps consulting and a deep understanding of the construction industry, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, design automated workflows, and implement DevOps practices.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD processes for different types of applications and automate as many processes as possible.
  • Administer and engineer solutions on Azure Cloud platforms to support continuous delivery objectives.
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to deliver operational excellence and cost-efficiency.
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) through tools like Terraform.
  • Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration, system/data backup, disaster recovery, and security/performance monitoring of the cloud environment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on DevOps best practices, advising stakeholders and team members on how to optimize their workflow.
  • Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.
  • Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps consultant role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing Azure Cloud Environment.
  • Solid experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies in DevOps.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them promptly, and learn from them.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Certified Azure DevOps Engineer or equivalent certification is a plus.
