Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO to join our team on a part-time basis, providing high-level financial guidance and support. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategic financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting. As our fractional CFO, you will work closely with the leadership team to align our financial strategies with our business objectives and ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy development.
- Oversee financial reporting provided by our in house accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow and develop strategies for optimizing financial resources.
- Provide strategic insight into company investments, cost-saving opportunities, and financial risks.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive financial growth and support operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and key partners.
- Present financial reports to stakeholders and make recommendations to enhance company performance.
- Support funding, financing, and capital raising initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, ideally within a fast-growing company or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial strategy.
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
- Experience working with fractional or part-time roles is a plus.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance or Accounting preferred.
