Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries, resolving employee concerns with accuracy and care.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits data.
  • Learn and assist in processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Proven experience in benefits administration.
  • Preferred: Exposure to payroll processing (not required—training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, FMLA, COBRA).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/payroll systems (or willingness to learn).
